CBSE 2018 Date Sheet: After Officials Say No,Teachers Share Tips To Help Students Manage Limited Gap Days

Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE recently released the class 10th and 12th date sheet for 2018 board examinations. Soon after the release of the date sheet, news of unhappy children and parents erupted on social media over not enough gap days between major examinations. Within a day the social media was flooded, prompting CBSE officials to come on record and share how extending dates was not possible. The CBSE statement has further increased the anxiety within students. However, teachers from all across the country are stepping up to allay the fears and have shared these tips to help students manage the limited gap days.

Teachers, while agreeing with the wider student sentiment, were of the opinion that the date sheet was not ‘very bad’. Some of the teachers, in fact, believed that it was a good date sheet and mostly well spaced and balanced. Agreeing to some real close calls between some important subjects, teachers have agreed to share these simple tips to ensure that limited gap days can be effectively managed.
