What is the IELTS Cancellation Fee?

Cancellation policies for the IELTS exam are as follows:

  1. Cancellation Over Five Weeks Before Test Date: If you cancel your IELTS application more than five weeks prior to the test date, a refund will be issued, albeit with a deduction of a 25% administrative fee.
  2. Cancellation Within Five Weeks of Test Date: Cancelling the IELTS exam within five weeks of the test date will result in no refund being provided.
  3. Failure to Appear for the Test: Not showing up for the test is also regarded as a cancellation, and no refund will be granted in such cases.

What is IELTS Reschedule Fee?

For those seeking to modify their test date, a test day transfer can be requested, provided it is done at least five weeks prior to the initially booked test date. Additionally, the new test date must fall within three months of the original test date. However, an administrative charge of INR 3,300, inclusive of all taxes, is applicable for the test date transfer process.
