Answer: The Braille alphabet has letters made of small raised dots. Blind people read these dots by touching them with their fingers. Each letter has its own pattern of dots.

Answer: Night Writing’ was not a success because it was too difficult to use. Soldiers found it hard to read the dots and dashes with their fingers in the dark.
